(BWOE) is a Non-Profit Women of Color Organization. BWOE provides women with a place of encouragement and an outlet to express ourselves! Our vision is to enhance the quality of life by providing resources, services, education, networking opportunities along with advocacy and promoting self-awareness within our communities. We are a group of women working together to make a positive difference in our communities. We believe when women improve the quality of their lives, the communities to which they contribute also improve. We welcome all women regardless of racial background, spiritual beliefs or lifestyles as long as they understand and support our vision. We are currently looking for new members in Baltimore and surrounding areas to help promote community awareness and allow members of BWOE to fully take advantage of the Sisterly atmosphere the organization provides!!
